Senior Account Executives

Due to internal moves on various accounts we now require two Senior Account Executives to work within two of our retail teams.

The Role – Senior Account Executive

• To help Gratterpalm deliver marketing services to the retail industry

• To support the account group to deliver client work in an accurate and timely manner

• To achieve a comprehensive understanding of retail marketing, our business and our clients.

• To develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client and consistently strive to exceed their expectations

• To work closely with supporting organisations and build strong relationships with them

The Person

The ‘right person’ is essential. We are a growing company and pride ourselves on the great relationship we have with our clients. We therefore only recruit people who can complement our environment and indeed, help us to develop and flourish.

Whilst it is difficult to define the ‘Gratterpalm person’ the ideal candidate would :

• Be IT literate, preferably on Macs

• Be able to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver all effectively

• Know and understand the client’s organisation and market

• Have previous experience of the briefing process and presenting

• Thrive as working as part of a team

• Be able to look and act professionally at all times

• Have 1-3 years of account handling experience in a retail, agency or branded environment
